     Françoise de Longueville was born posthumously on 5 April 1549.1,2 She was the daughter of François d'Orléans, Marquis de Rothelin and Jacqueline de Rohan, Marquise de Rothelin.1,2 She married Louis I de Bourbon-Condé, Prince de Condé, son of Charles IV de Bourbon, Duc de Vendôme and Françoise d'Alençon, on 8 November 1565.1,2 She died on 11 June 1601 at age 52.1,2

     Henri II, Duc de Lorraine was born in 1563.1 He was the son of Charles III, Duc de Lorraine and Claude de Valois, Princesse de France.3 He married, firstly, Catalina de Bourbon, Princesse de Navarre, daughter of Antoine, Rey de Navarre and Jeanne III, Reina de Navarre, in 1599.1 He married, secondly, Margherita Gonzaga, daughter of Vincenzo I Gonzaga, 4th Duca di Mantova and Eleonora de Medici, in 1606. He died in 1624.1
     He succeeded as the Duc de Lorraine in 1608.3

     Marguerite de Lorraine was born on 22 July 1615.3 She was the daughter of François II, Duc de Lorraine and Christine Gräfin von Salm.3,1 She married Jean-Baptiste Gaston, Duc d'Orléans, son of Henri IV, Roi de France and Marie de Medici, on 31 January 1632 at Nancy, FranceG.3,4 She died on 13 April 1672 at age 56 at Paris, FranceG.3

     He succeeded as the Duc de Lorraine in 1625.3 He abdicated as Duke of Lorraine in 1625.3
