     Lt.-Col. Wilfred William Ashley, 1st and last Baron Mount Temple was born on 13 September 1867.3 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Anthony Evelyn Melbourne Ashley and Sybella Charlotte Farquhar.3,4 He married, firstly, Amalia Mary Maud Cassel, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Ernest Cassel and Annette Mary Maud Maxwell, on 4 January 1901.1 He married, secondly, Muriel Emily Spencer, daughter of Reverend Walter Spencer, on 29 August 1914.3 He died on 3 July 1939 at age 71, without surviving male issue.3

     William Francis Henry Denison, 2nd Earl of Londesborough was born on 30 December 1864.2 He was the son of William Henry Forester Denison, 1st Earl of Londesborough and Lady Edith Frances Wilhelmina Somerset.1 He married Lady Grace Adelaide Fane, daughter of Colonel Francis William Henry Fane, 12th Earl of Westmorland and Lady Adelaide Ida Curzon, on 11 August 1887.1 He died on 30 October 1917 at age 52 at Bournemouth, Dorset, EnglandG, from an internal complaint.3
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Yorkshire Yeomanry Cavalry.4 He was Vice-Admiral of the Yorkshire Coast.4 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of the East Riding, Yorkshire.4 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Londesborough, in the North Riding, co.
