     He fought in the Boer War.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1

Francis Egerton and Lady Louisa Caroline Cavendish.1 He married Lady Alice Susan Godolphin Osborne, daughter of George Godolphin Osborne, 9th Duke of Leeds and Hon. Frances Georgiana Pitt-Rivers, on 7 August 1894.1 He died on 21 March 1949 at age 81.1
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Surrey.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 17th Lancers.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the West Kent Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Volunteer Battalion, Royal Lancaster Regiment.1

     Lady Rachael Russell was born in 1700.2 She was the daughter of Wriothesley Russell, 2nd Duke of Bedford and Elizabeth Howland.1,3 She married, firstly, Scroop Egerton, 1st Duke of Bridgwater, son of John Egerton, 3rd Earl of Bridgwater and Lady Jane Powlett, on 4 August 1722.3 She married, secondly, Sir Richard Lyttelton, son of Sir Thomas Lyttelton, 4th Bt. and Christian Temple, on 14 December 1745.3 She died on 22 May 1777.3 She was buried on 28 May 1777 at Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.4
     After her marriage, Lady Rachael Russell was styled as Duchess of Bridgwater on 4 August 1722. From 4 August 1722, her married name became Egerton. From 14 December 1745, her married name became Lyttelton.

William Russell, Lord Russell and Lady Rachel Wriothesley.1 He was baptised at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields, London, EnglandG.1 He married Elizabeth Howland, daughter of John Howland and Elizabeth Child, on 23 May 1695 at chapel of the Manor House, Streatham, Surrey, EnglandG, both under-age, and with her worth 'the best part of £100,000.1' He died on 26 May 1711 at age 30, from small pox.1 He was buried on 30 May 1711 at Chenies, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in August 1711.1,3

     Lady Diana Egerton was born on 3 March 1731/32.1 She was the daughter of Scroop Egerton, 1st Duke of Bridgwater and Lady Rachael Russell.1 She married Frederick Calvert, 6th Baron Baltimore, son of Charles Calvert, 5th Baron Baltimore and Mary Janssen, on 9 March 1753.1 She died on 13 August 1758 at age 26.1 She died intestate and her estate was administered on 21 November 1758.1
     After her marriage, Lady Diana Egerton was styled as Baroness Baltimore on 9 March 1753. From 9 March 1753, her married name became Calvert.
