  It should be a signal against war in the world. The author shows this scene, because in Aleppo they also use standing busses to protect themselves against shots.
  It also has to do (or should have to to) with the destroyment of Dresden in the second world war on 13th February...

  read the vins of this buses or vehicle numbers it shoud be visible

  I can not see the VIN because the bus is too high. The vehicle numbers aren`t at the front any more, but we could see the number of the other NL232 from the tower of the Frauenkirche. It is number #519. The other one was really not visible, no chance

  Maybe we can notice the numbers when the project is over and the busses will be "down" on the bottom again. It ends in April.
