12 september 2018 - Novopolotsk, Belarus - tramway depot: The first TWB photo of this Belcommunmash-built prototype 001, numbered 061 in the fleet of the Novopolotsk tramway line, which runs from the city housing area to a chemical works situated, as was the Soviet policy, several kilometers away. I`m not sure what the problem is with this tram, but the city isn`t using it in service, even though it is now nearly four years old.

a prototype (the only 802 built) - often difficult to keep prototypes active
As far as I know, besides this car, there are no trams of this model anywhere in Belarus. Probably, they are slow to buy or simply do not allocate funds for this.
