3rd axle with double tires?

Yes, very rare in other models. The last axle is also a drive axle, but without any torque transferred. It cannot turn because of technical limitations, so it's quite useless. I think it has got double tires because of increased load, which a standard axle couldn't handle, and it's the only advantage.
