Other Information | This is the company where the Stagecoach Group has its original roots. They started operating long distance express coach services in 1981 and started bus operation in 1985 following the takeover of McLennan Of Spittalfield. Stagecoach bought Northern Scottish and Fife Scottish in 1991. In 2000 they bought Allison`s of Dunfermline. In 2005 the Stagecoach Group took over the Traction Group, this included the Strathtay Scottish operation. Stagecoach Fife bought Rennies of Dunfermline in 2008.
