What kind off gearbox have this bus? How many gears? Because I don't see moment when the driver change the gear and the stick too. http://i028.radikal.ru/0809/1f/7605d60fb593.jpg and on this photo I don't see cluth pedal.
Special feature of LiAZ-677 - the hydromechanical transmission ЛАЗ-695Ж2 with 2 gears. Driver just select the motion mode by the selector under the steering wheel and drive just like with automatic gearbox.

Thanks for explanation! I doesn't suspect that so long ago engineered soviet bus have this kind of gearbox I hope that some day I can travel with this type off bus. When you write 2 gears you mean one forward and one backwards?
By the way, not so long ago the old and rusty bus on the road, seen on the video, unsuccessfully jumped on a hummock. As a result - the rear part (after the rear axle) have fallen off the ground.
