28 september 2008 - Constanta, Romania - Strada Celulozei. Does anyone fancy some nice fresh milk? I certainly didn’t – just look at all the really disgusting filth and litter where the cow is grazing – yuk! Maybe you can spot a second cow on the other side of the street. This is just outside the RATC bus depot, but looks more like India than a Western country.

Hi Erich - don't get me wrong - I love India, but the cows are sacred, so can go anywhere. The only sacred thing in Romania is the motor car......
Wow, you weren't kidding, David - if it wasn't for the tram being in such good condition I would have thought this actually IS India
