Just an ordinary Canon EOS 400D. The lens I used on this pic is a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5,6 IS USM.
If you, like I, can't afford the big expensive lenses, this lens is a very good buy. You can see on the results that it's not a very expensive one, but the fact that it has image stabilizer makes it quite easy to use. Unfortunately I don't use it as often as I should, cause starting on 70mm is a bit too much, and swapping lenses constantly isn't very fun either.

I have one more question - what is the longest time at which you managed to take photo without shock effects?
Glad to help. That's a difficult question. I haven't really tried. It all depends on what camera mode or settings you use. It's sort of not an exact number. If possible, you should try one before you buy. That's the only way to know if it fits your expectations.
