Abstract:
This paper deal with the question of the financial liberalization of the emergent economies. Its objective is to show that it is possible, for durably reconciling finance and economic growth, to maximize the benefit of the financial opening while effectively minimizing the risks which it is likely to convey. The defended solution is in the reaffirmation of the specific part played by an effectively supervised banking sector.
